Can Vadella, San José

Can Vadella is a lovely house completely renovated in a contemporary and Mediterranean style, with terraces and living areas to settle into, with many different corners and terraces where you can relax and be on your own. On top of that, the indoor of Can Vadella was designed with the beach in mind. The colors are in neutral tones, with a tiled floor. The materials are natural, mixing different textures like the stones on the walls and the wood that is used all over the house.

Chilling out on the deckchairs or simply enjoying the sunset will make your stay in Ibiza unforgettable. A wide range of activities, restaurants and breathtaking views are easily accessible. Can Vadella is perfect for a relaxing Ibiza holiday.

MAIN HOUSE

• On the ground floor, the main living that opens onto the pool terrace has a comfortable sofa, equipped with a smart TV, and a dining table seating 8
• Next to the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed: fridge/freeze, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, mixer, blender, etc.
• On the same floor, there are two bedrooms sharing a completed bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Both have two single beds (convertible in a double bed), with air conditioning and black out curtains.
• On the first floor, the Master bedroom has sea views and a kingsize bed, with possibility to put an extra baby bed. There is an extra working area that can be used with a desk. It is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Its ensuite bathroom has a shower, bath tub and sink. There is another double bedroom, that can be set with two single beds or a double bed. It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Both bedrooms open onto a terrace.

GROUNDS & POOL

• Around the house there are many different lounge area’s and terraces to have some alone time, read a book or simply take a nap.
• Pool area with sunloungers and parasols. The pool with shallow and deep end has a Child protection alarm and an outdoor shower.
• The dining area beside the gas barbecue sits up to 12 and an open-air bar.
• Parking for 3-4 cars on the property,
• Electric gate.
