Can Germa is an authentic Finca, completely modernized to the new standards of modern life, preserving all the charm of the past. Can Germa has more than 3 dining areas with their respective kitchens, several winter lounges as well as areas to enjoy the peace of the countryside around.

It consists of 6 very spacious rooms, well equipped with A/C, large wardrobes.

The decoration allows you to perceive the atmosphere of the past with several photos of the period reflecting the Ibiza that fell in love with the intellectuals and artists of the beginning of the last century: Sorolla, Walter Benjamin, Errol Flynn, followed in the years 60 and 70 by the hippies.

MAIN HOUSE

Ground floor

• A large living room with dining table (6 seats), and sofas with TV and a fireplace,
• On the right, access to a large kitchen with a different level where we have a kitchen very well equipped to cook (SMEG, SIEMENS, 2 refrigerators, etc…) and another dining room. From the kitchen, outside access where you will find another ideal table for breakfast,
• To the opposite, access to another room with an open mini-kitchen with access to the outside,
• Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower,
• From living room, access to a large bathroom with bath, 2 sinks,
• Two bedrooms with double beds.

First floor

• Access by a staircase to the area of the Main bedroom, with a small study,
• Large bedroom with double bed, with access to a porch terrace with summer furniture,
• Very spacious private bathroom with bath and shower.

GUEST ROOMS

• With external access. On the right side of the house,
• Smaller double room with private bathroom with shower,
• And where there were stables by the closest part to the pool, another bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower,
• Laundry equipped with dryer and washing machine.
