Finca Can Tonia, San Rafael

Can Tonia is a beautifully renovated 18th Century finca, situated in the small hamlet of S’Olivera, between San Rafael and Can Tomas to the west of the island of Ibiza. Originally an olive oil press, the finca is styled and decorated using an earthy palette of natural materials and exotic furniture, whilst retaining the original sabina beams and characteristic thick walls.

The mature gardens give the property a true Ibicencan feel. To the north of the house is an enchanting garden where you can dine under fairy lights and enjoy views of the forest and the sun setting behind the hills and to the front is the large terrace and pool area with views of the orchard and ancient olive trees.

DESCRIPTION

The property is divided into two parts, the main house with its master bedroom and twin bedroom and the Casita, linked by the courtyard, the double story tower that was once the mill, with an extra three bedrooms. This makes it perfectly suited to two families each having their own privacy.

Five double bedrooms in total: two in the main house which share a bathroom and three in the casita, one en suite, and two sharing a large bathroom.

Note: All rooms, except the master bedroom can be made up as twin bedrooms or as super kings with duvets or sheets.
