Finca Rosalia, Sta Gertrudis

Finca Rosalia was originally built more than 150 years ago and was fully renovated recently keeping the classic Ibiza finca style. It’s located in a quiet countryside area, nestled in between a lush pine forest and rich agricultural lands, but only 5 minutes to the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis. The villa is surrounded by a forest with amazing country views dotted with old wind mills and beautiful agricultural fields. It is ideal for biking and walking, there are beautiful roads where you can see the real Ibiza lifestyle.

The finca has a charming set-up, the rooms are very special and different from each other, full of character and personality. The common spaces and most of the rooms have AC. The kitchen is big and fully equipped with a direct exit to the outdoor covered dining area with BBQ-area and chill out facilities designed for large families and big groups. Also, there are plenty outdoor places to sit and enjoy the sun, a swimming pool, different terraces with amazing view, ideal at sunrise and moonrise.

MAIN HOUSE

Ground Floor

• Entrance porch (summer living)
• Living room with chimney, connecting to a TV lounge area
• First double bedroom has a double bed, and is very spacious, with and view to the back garden. You will wake up with the water sound of our small garden fountain. There is space for a baby crib if needed.
• Second double bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed. It is again a very spacious room, ideal for a couple and their toddler. It can also fit a baby crib if needed.
• Third double bedroom has a double bed, and is a medium double bedroom with high ceilings.
• Fourth double bedroom has a double bed as well, and is a smaller double bedroom. Enjoy a private independent entrance.
• Fifth double bedroom has twin beds. It is a cozy room that can also be converted into a double bed.
• 2 Bathrooms
• A full equipped kitchen with dining area (seats 12)

First Floor

• Master Bedroom 1 Super King size (2X2) bed (Terrace, view to the pool and the Ibizan “campo”). There is space for a baby crib if needed
• En-suite Bathroom with Jacuzzi and double sink
