This ultra modern and luxurious villa is situated in the exclusive area of Es Cubells in the private urbanization of Vista Alegre, with 24 hour security. On top of that, Villa Gloria offers a breaking view of the Mediterranean, with total privacy. Spread over different levels, the different spaces are roomy and comfortable.

The outdoor spaces invite you to relax and enjoy a magnificent view over the sea. In the different terraces you will find different spaces very nicely furnished for it.

Level 1

• The entrance leads to a large open living room with the sea as the main character.
• The modern kitchen is semi-secluded from the living room well equipped with Miele brand appliances.
• In another area there is a large dining table, 10 seats- that overlooks the whole living room with the amazing views-
• The central area is furnished with large comfortable sofas, and has a satellite TV.
• The living room has glass doors which open to a shaded terrace with a large dining table, for 14 people. And where you can also access the pool terrace and the bedrooms by an outside stairway.
• Guest toilet.

Level 0

• From the living room, by the stairs you reach the rooms area.
• Bedroom 1, with king-size bed (twins on request), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a sofa and a Smart TV.
• Bedroom 2, Master suite with king-size bed, TV. It has a large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The room opens onto the pool terrace with nice views.
• Bedroom 3, Suite 2 with king size bed (twins on request). Ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. It has a sofa convertible into two single beds.
• Bedroom 4, with king-size bed. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• These four bedrooms have interior access, from the staircase of the living room, and exterior from the terrace.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Level -1

Bedroom 5, accessed via steps from the pool terrace, has a king-size bed (twins on request), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Possibility of accommodating another two beds for some children. Smart TV.

GROUND & POOL

• Fenced urban type plot of 1.060m2, with magnificent views of the sea and the coast of Porroig.
• Private on-site parking for two cars.
• Terrace Level 1: Large dining table, for 14 guests, equipped with a Boretti barbecue, and seating area. This area is shaded from the sun.
• Terrace Level 0: Large terrace with different areas to relax or have a drink at the bar. Equipped with a Smeg fridge.
• The infinity pool has Ocean views and be heated pool in mid-season for an extra weekly cost.
