Surrounded by a mature garden filled with Mediterranean and pine trees, Villa La Residence looks out over the west coast of Ibiza, in a quiet and green environment, with a beautiful sea view. MAIN HOUSE

Main floor

• The entrance through a central patio with the stairs to the first floor leads to the main living room, from which you can enjoy the sea view.
• The living area, with a sofa, a baby foot and a dining table, opens onto a large terrace with its summer living area, with an alfresco dining table.
• The kitchen is large and very well equipped, independent from the living room.
• The first bedroom, accessed from the living room, has a queen-size bed, views of the terrace and a complete bathroom with a rainfall shower.
• The second bedroom, also accessed from the living room, can be accommodated in a double bed, or twin beds. It has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks.

First floor

• The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin sinks. This room has direct access to a terrace with sweeping views.
• Bedroom four has a queen-bed size and an-suite bathroom with access to its private terrace.
• On top of that, the four spacious bedrooms are peaceful and bright, with bits of boho style, with their own complete bathroom, TV and air conditioning.
