MAIN HOUSE

A large door opens to the main living area of the villa, with a cosy and elegant living room with sofas, fire place with a large smart TV, and has large windows glasses opening onto the pool area.

The opened kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and a wine fridge). The dining room is a welcoming space that complements the charm of the villa. Adjacent to the living room, it provides an elegant setting for shared meals and friendly gatherings. Note: new kitchen for 2024 season. Next to the kitchen there is an office with the laundry area very well equipped.

• Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, a private and fully furnished closet, a safe, a private bathroom and shower. There is direct access to the garden.
• Bedroom (2) has a king size and ensuite bathroom with shower in modern style, it has a private and fully furnished dressing room with a safe. It overlooks the pool area

GUEST ROOMS

• Bedroom (3) has an independant access from stairs outside. It’s perfect if you want to be in absolute tranquility and isolated from the common parts of the house. The room has a large bathroom with a shower and a king size bed overlooking the swimming pool. It also has an outdoor patio with a breakfast table.
• Bedroom (4) is the smallest room. It is perfect for childrens or for a couple looking to share their intimacy in a small and delightful cocoon. It has its own bathroom with shower, a king sized bed, a safe and a furnished dressing. Its access is also independant, and it’s next bedroom (3).
