Villa Rose, San Agustín

Villa Rose was inspired by various architectural and design , with modern clean lines, a strong emphasis on white throughout, with use of steel, concrete and glass to create an inspiring and unique experience. The property has been designed with utter luxury and comfort in mind and offers both intimacy and privacy.

The house is located near San Agustí on the west Side of the Island of Ibiza. The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area under Ibizan law, providing privacy and tranquillity and boasting many fantastic, walking routes.

DESCRIPTION

Main level

• The entrance leads to a living area with lovely views of the surroung hills and the bay of San Antonio, one of the most beautiful of the island, and the sea beyond.
• The living area is a large room, with views on three sides, a private balcony, and external access to the pool deck and garden. It is furnished with an L shpaed Capellini sofa, fireplace, a flat screen with Sky TV.
• The dining room opened to the living has a table, 8 seats and leads onto a covered terrace, and to the other side to a stainless steel kitchen fully equipped with industrial and high-end appliances.
• On the same level, there are two double bedroom (5 and 6), with twin beds. They have a shared bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.

First level

• The Master bedroom (1), king bed, with a private terrace, has en en-suite bathroom with a bath-tub and a walk-in shower. As well, it has a TV and a walk-in closet.
• Large double bedroom (2) with king bed, with a balcony and TV. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large built in wardrobe.
• The bedrooms (3) and (4) have a shared bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. One of them has a double bed, and the other has twin beds.

GROUNDS & POOL

• 2600 sq meters fenced plot with Mediterranean garden.
• The outdoor dining and seating area fronts the gardens and offers views of the pool and lower grounds. There is a 3.5 meter long dining table. The space features a built in Double BBQ (charcoal) and has access to both the upper gardens and the pool deck.
• The 12 m by 4.5 m pool is the social point of Villa Rose. You’ll enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean beyond , with sunsets. The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and day beds for 12+ guests. It has access to the outdoor dining area, and lower gardens. Also accessed from the pool area is a complete bathroom with a shower.
• The upper garden has been designed as a fruit grove with different kinds of oranges, lemon, lime, pomegranate, almond, olive, and apricot trees that guests are welcome to pick when ripe.
