Villa Yelda, Vista Alegre

Luxury villa, with fantastic frontal sea views. It is located in the exclusive private urbanization of Vista Alegre, less than 5 minutes drive from Es Cubells and the charming village of San José, and less than 20 minutes from the Ibiza town.

It is distributed on two levels, and all rooms have their own exit to a very well equipped outdoor terrace with numerous sun loungers to relax contemplating the Mediterranean in all its splendor.

The style is modern, with comfortable design furniture, combined with the grey of the polished concrete floor with the white so characteristic of Ibiza also known as the white island. Each of the five rooms has its own private bathroom.

Level 1

• The entrance of the villa leads to a first living room with an open kitchen.
• The living room has a sofa with TV, a design chimney, and a table with 7 seats.
• The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: fridge, four-burner induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc.
• From this space, you access to a terrace with outdoor furniture.
• The living room leads to a first bedroom with two single beds or prepared in a double bed, with its ensuite bathroom with shower.
• Stairs take us to the lower level

Level 0

• Another living room with an auxiliary kitchen with also a dishwasher and other complete crockery, and has a large table for 10 guests. This living room opens onto a nice outdoor wooden terrace with the two mini-pools, and another summer lounge.
• On this level is the master bedroom, with a bed of 180*200, bathroom with shower. It opens onto the terrace.
• TV room, equipped with Sky
• Bedoom (3) can be left prepared in a double bed or with two single beds of 90*200. It is smaller than the others but also has its own bathroom with shower, and direct access to a terrace.
• The fourth room has a double bed of 160*200, and a bathroom with shower.
• The fifth room has a double bed of 180*200, giving way equally to the outside terrace.
• Independent of the rooms, there is another bathroom with shower.

GROUNDS & POOLS

• On both levels, large terraces offering many areas to take the sun or and meet with outdoor furniture with sun loungers and sofas with cushions.
• The living room with the auxiliary kitchen gives way to a wooden terrace, with another table with 8 seats, a gas barbecue, under a large pergola with retractile awnings to offer more shade if necessary. The pools are small and have different depths.
• Urban type plot with neighbors. Further down the villa, there is a large community pool.
• The parking is outside, in the street.
