We first collect the basic information about availabilities, as a sort of market study. We then make the necessary pre-visits on your behalf, to present you a first pre-selection that we hope will be as pertinent as possible. Once you have selected a sufficient number of valid prospects, we then organize the first round of visits with you. This usually leads to a redefinition of your needs as you get to better know the island. We also have access to the offerings of other trustful collaborating agencies, so you don’t miss anything of what is available and worthwhile.
